“Within the first couple weeks of having my permit, I was driving with my mom,” said McCallum. “We were going through the car wash, right? I couldn’t reach the machine because I have short arms. So, the attending guy comes over to help me with all the buttons and that stuff. My mom says ‘just inch up the car, it’s fine, he’ll move.’ Well, he was bent over at the machine, and he didn’t see me inching up. So, I accidentally hit him with my car. He’s fine, I just bumped him.”
