Since I can remember English has been my favorite subject in school. Soon enough English turned into writing and writing turned into journalism for the school paper. There is something so special to me about telling other people’s stories through my own writing. I can only hope that my work makes people feel something, whether it be appreciation, sadness, or maybe even a laugh. As an Editor for the yearbook it has helped me carry my skills creatively into journalism. Both are very different but I’m always telling other people’s stories.
